SMS/Text Message Services (TCPA Compliance)
Authorization and Consent: By providing your phone number or using our services, you expressly authorize Affordable Healthcare Solutions to send you SMS text messages to the phone number you provide. You acknowledge that you are providing your phone number of your own free will and this is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Types: We send SMS messages containing:
- Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
- Policy renewal notifications and deadline reminders
- Enrollment period alerts and updates
- Service confirmations and account information
- Premium billing notifications
- Coverage verification and account notices
Message Frequency: Approximately 2-4 text messages per month during active enrollment periods and fewer messages outside renewal seasons. Frequency depends on your specific insurance needs and renewal dates.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
Opt-In Keywords: You may initiate SMS communications by replying with: START, ENROLL, or CONFIRM to any message from us. Initial enrollment consent is obtained through our electronic enrollment form.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying with any of the following: STOP, OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or STOPALL to any message we send. You will receive: “You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.” You may also opt out by emailing calvenn@affordablehealthcare.solutions or calling (561) 345-0571.
Help Keywords: You may reply HELP or INFO to any SMS message to receive assistance information.
Message Content Standards: All SMS messages are professional, transactional in nature, and comply with all applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We do not send unsolicited marketing without express written consent beyond appointment reminders, policy updates, and renewal notices.
